Equipment Overview
This Max-Mixture Depositor is featured by various kinds of mixing materials, high mixture ratio, little depositing error of gram weight. The automatic mixing system is provided with flexible parameters to ensure accurate mixture ratio control and uniform mixing state.

Max-Mixture Depositor【Type:HJ-18QB】
■ Piston mode: Vertical;
■ Depositing capacity: ≤300kg/h (according to the mixture and gram weight);
■ Mixture depositing precision: ≤±0.5g (nut granules below 10g);
■ The mixture material: crisp and hard granules, e.g. nut granules, crispy rice, dried fruit etc.;
■ The mixture volume ratio: ≤50%;
■ Max. diameter of the mixing granule: ≤12mm;
■ Servo system: Two-axis servo control;
■ Liquid level control: Automatically control material delivery according to the liquid level limit;
■ Parameter setting: The mixture ratio and depositing parameters can be adjusted quickly;
■ The mixing efficiency: Mix rapidly and uniformly;
■ Process control: Good heat preservation, conveying and stirring.
